1. Services

Lion of Judah Power Clean ("we", "us", "our") provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services including but not limited to: roof washing, house washing, interior and exterior window cleaning, hardscape washing, acid washing for oil, rust and calcium removal, paver restoration, and concrete stain removal. All services are performed at the customer's property located within our service areas: Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Los Angeles County.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on actual surface conditions, property size, and the extent of cleaning required upon arrival. We reserve the right to adjust the quote before commencing work if conditions differ materially from those described. Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large or commercial projects. Late payments may incur additional fees. The customer agrees to pay all costs incurred to collect unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe access to all areas to be cleaned, including moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal belongings away from work areas. The customer must inform us of any known hazards, fragile surfaces, or special requirements prior to service. We are not liable for damage to items left in the work area.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage to surfaces that are already deteriorated, improperly installed, or inherently fragile. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by third parties.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover new stains or soiling that occur after the service is completed.

8. Insurance

Lion of Judah Power Clean is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Our insurance covers property damage and bodily injury arising from our work, subject to the terms of our policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
